This page explains how copyright owners and other rights holders can report material or functionality that is within SnapTik’s control. It does not claim a specific statutory notice framework unless the live site separately identifies one.
Before Sending a Notice
Identify whether the complained-of material is hosted on SnapTik or is a source post hosted by TikTok, Douyin or another platform. A SnapTik action cannot necessarily remove material from the original platform.
Information to Include
- your name and contact information
- the work or right you believe is affected
- the specific SnapTik page, feature or URL involved
- a clear explanation of the issue
- information showing that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder
- a good-faith statement that the information you provide is accurate

What SnapTik Can Review
SnapTik can review content, links, generated pages, tool behavior and other features under the site operator’s control. Public source media is commonly processed on demand, so the site may not retain a permanent copy of the source media.
Source Platform Complaints
If the disputed content is hosted on TikTok or Douyin, use the rights-reporting process provided by that platform when you need the source post itself reviewed or removed.
False or Abusive Notices
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading or abusive reports. Rights notices can have legal consequences. If you are unsure about your rights, consider obtaining appropriate legal advice.
If You Believe a Removal Was a Mistake
If SnapTik takes action in response to a rights report and you believe the action was mistaken, contact us with the affected page or feature and the basis for your objection. Any legally required counter-notice process will be handled according to the law that applies to the site and the request.
Repeat Abuse
SnapTik may restrict technical access when the service is intentionally abused for infringement, automated misuse or other prohibited conduct, subject to the Terms and applicable law.
Privacy in Rights Reports
A rights report can contain personal information. That information is used as needed to evaluate, document and respond to the request. Legal processes can sometimes require information to be shared with affected parties or authorities.
