SnapTik provides browser-based tools for processing supported public TikTok and Douyin links and presenting available media download options. Features and availability can change as source platforms change.

SnapTik is an independent service and is not TikTok, Douyin, ByteDance or an official service of those platforms.

The service is intended for publicly accessible media. SnapTik does not promise to bypass private accounts, login requirements, audience restrictions, deleted content or other access controls.

You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use files obtained through the service. You must have any permission, license or other legal basis required for your intended use.

Downloading a file does not transfer copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. Rights can belong to creators, musicians, photographers, publishers, platforms or other parties.

Do not use SnapTik to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, bypass access controls, distribute malware, overload the service, automate abusive request volumes, probe private infrastructure or interfere with normal site operation.

SnapTik may apply technical limits to protect availability and prevent abuse. Repeated automated requests or attempts to evade limits can be blocked.

Download sessions and result links can expire. SnapTik does not guarantee that a processed download URL will remain usable indefinitely.

Public media delivery can change without notice. SnapTik does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent compatibility with every post format, or availability of every download option for every URL.

Labels such as HD, 1080p or 4K describe available media only when the underlying source supports them. SnapTik does not guarantee a particular resolution, bitrate, codec or file size for every post.

The downloader can rely on external public hosts or enabled third-party services to resolve or deliver media. SnapTik does not control the continued availability, policies or security practices of those external services.

SnapTik does not require your TikTok password for ordinary public downloads. Do not submit passwords or private authentication data to the downloader.

Rights holders can use the Copyright and Takedown Policy to report an issue that is within SnapTik’s control.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SnapTik makes no warranty that every public link will resolve, that every format will be available, or that the service will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SnapTik is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, including misuse of downloaded media or violation of another person’s rights.

You must use SnapTik in accordance with laws that apply to you. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights that cannot be waived by contract.

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the current Terms apply to future use of the service.
