A TikTok photo may already have been resized, recompressed or processed before SnapTik receives the public media source.

A photo post usually refers to the set of images available in the TikTok post.

A slideshow download can involve more than the images. It can include the audio and, when supported, a generated MP4 that plays the images in sequence.

Possible causes include the post not being publicly accessible, incomplete media information returned for the post, a change in TikTok media structure, one remote image failing temporarily, or a fallback path handling image posts less completely.

Try processing the public post again. If the issue continues, use SnapTik Not Working and check whether the post is still accessible in a normal browser.

The combined ZIP button depends on two things.

First, SnapTik must successfully retrieve one or more images.

Second, the server must have PHP ZIP support available.

If ZIP support is not installed, individual image downloads can still work while the combined ZIP option stays hidden.
