When you use the downloader, you submit a TikTok or Douyin URL. That URL is processed so the service can identify available public media and return download options.

Do not submit passwords, private account credentials or unrelated personal information into the downloader field.

Processed results are associated with short-lived server-side sessions so download links do not need to remain permanently reusable. These sessions expire automatically.

Like most web services, the server can receive your IP address as part of the network request. SnapTik uses request information for security, abuse prevention and temporary rate limiting.

The core downloader does not require a user account for ordinary public downloads.

SnapTik can retrieve public media from external source hosts and pass supported files to your browser. The core service is designed for on-demand processing rather than building a permanent public library of downloaded TikTok or Douyin media.

The downloader can use external media-resolution services when they are enabled by the site operator. A submitted public URL may therefore be sent to an enabled service for the purpose of resolving the requested media.

Those services operate under their own privacy and security practices.

The core downloader does not require a SnapTik account. Site functionality, security tools, language preferences or other enabled features may use cookies or local browser storage where needed for normal operation.

The core SnapTik service does not require third-party analytics or advertising services for the downloader to function.

SnapTik may offer a Paste button that uses browser clipboard functionality after you choose to use it and the browser grants permission. The site does not need continuous background clipboard access.

For an ordinary public download, SnapTik does not need your TikTok password, private TikTok session cookie, payment-card information or a SnapTik user account.

SnapTik uses measures such as short-lived download sessions, signed download requests, input validation and request limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive credentials should never be submitted to the downloader.

SnapTik is not designed to collect account profiles from children. If you believe personal information has been submitted to the site inappropriately, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

The service can be accessed from different countries. Privacy rights and legal requirements can differ by location. Users may contact the site regarding privacy questions or applicable data-rights requests.

If applicable law gives you rights regarding personal information processed by the site, contact us with enough information to understand and respond to the request. We may need to verify that the request relates to information the site actually controls.
