Technical Problems
Include the public post type, the exact error shown by SnapTik, your device/browser and whether the source link opens normally. Do not send account passwords or login cookies.

Report a Broken Download Option
If a result button appears but does not work, tell us which option failed, such as Without Watermark, With Watermark, MP3, photo, thumbnail or caption. If possible, include the page URL where the problem occurred.
Report a Translation Problem
Include the language, page URL, the incorrect text and the wording you believe is clearer. Translation reports are especially useful when interface labels and page content do not match.
Report a Content Correction
If a guide contains outdated device instructions, an inaccurate technical statement or a broken internal link, send the page URL and the section that needs correction.
Privacy Questions
