Piso WiFi Session Expired or Time Lost: What Users and Operators Should Check
Check whether the plan expired normally, a paused session hit a platform timeout, the device identity changed, the machine rebooted, or the session database was cleared.

Measure the wired backhaul, loaded latency, access-point airtime and client signal separately. Slow service can be caused by the ISP, queueing, overcrowded 2.4 GHz, weak coverage, wireless backhaul or one heavy user.
A voucher can fail because it is mistyped, expired, already redeemed, restricted to a plan/device, or because the portal/session database is unhealthy.
Treat coin detection as a hardware/input problem before changing Wi-Fi settings. Check power, pulse/output wiring, configured denomination/rate and the controller input logs.
Captive portals rely on local routing/DNS/HTTP interception behavior. VPNs, Private DNS/DoH, HTTPS-only browsing, stale sessions and guest isolation can stop the automatic pop-up even when Wi-Fi association succeeds.
AdoPiSoft officially documents connecting to the WiFi vending machine and opening 10.0.0.1/admin for activation. Its activation guide lists username admin and password admin for that workflow. Change/protect administrator access after commissioning and follow your installed version’s account settings.
LPB installations are commonly discussed with 10.0.0.1-style portal/admin URLs, but there is not enough authoritative, current first-party documentation available to this project to publish one universal LPB username/password as fact.
Diagnose Piso WiFi in layers: power → WAN internet → controller LAN/DHCP/DNS → access point → captive portal → payment/session. “Connected to Wi-Fi” does not prove the WAN or portal is working.
10.0.0.1 is a private address commonly used by Piso WiFi captive-portal/vending systems, but it is not a universal admin address for every machine. AdoPiSoft officially documents 10.0.0.1/admin for its WiFi vending-machine activation workflow.
Separate ISP/WAN performance from radio, client and mesh limitations.
